* Cleaning fee of $145 +  $45 check-in  for stays less than 4 days (our cost to  Carbonate). Stays 4 days or over this fee is waved. Negotiable if filling in a gap during winter

Policies
  • * We use Carbonate Real-estate to handle our check in/checkout process (they do a great job).  Carbonate is located on same road as Foxpine unit (Wheeler Road) and is 1 block away from unit. 
    *  If you can help us fill in a gap in reservations we can offer a discount.
    * Our Cancellation Policy
     * 50% of Payment required to Lock In. We have no concept of pending reservation as it is too hard to manage. Remaining 50% due 45 days prior to  check in.
