Policies

  • We use Carbonate Real-estate to handle our check in/checkout process (they do a great job).  Carbonate is located on same road as Foxpine unit (Wheeler Road) and is 1 block away from unit.
  • If you can help us fill in a gap in reservations we can offer a discount.
  • Our Cancellation Policy
  • 50% of Payment required to Lock In. We have no concept of pending reservation as it is too hard to manage. Remaining 50% due 45 days prior to check in.
